Southwest Care (Harkle)

Southwest Care takes a whole-person approach to health. In Santa Fe and Albuquerque for over 25 years, the center integrates medical, behavioral, and social services, ensuring patients receive comprehensive support under one roof. Clinics feature on-site pharmacies, behavioral health specialists, case managers, and telehealth services. Although the Alameda Clinic in Santa Fe is currently closed for renovation (reopening expected by December 2025), its services—including pharmacy—are available at nearby locations like Harkle and Galisteo Clinics.

Southwest Care upholds accessible, judgment-free care for all patient populations—regardless of insurance status or financial ability. Services span from pediatrics, women’s health, and geriatric care to diabetes, immunizations, travel medicine, and HIV/Hepatitis C testing and treatment. Free rapid HIV/Hep C testing, PrEP, and PEP are among its comprehensive offerings to support community wellness.
