Casey is great and really cares about the outcome of any procedures, as well as your overall happiness. The staff is very friendly and helpful . They will not inundate you with calls. It took me a little while to get in, but it was the lack of pressure , and understanding for my situation, that made me take the final step and get my first Botox. Very little pain, and I’m already planning on a facial next! Thank you so much, ladies!
I had an appointment with Kaycee Sargent NP at the Waldorf Center in Vancouver today and it was a very pleasant experience as before. She did filler treatments on my lips and into the deep lines around my mouth. She is very knowledgeable and I trust her professional expertise. I love the way it looks! Kaycee did my Botox today and has previously as well. Her and McKenzie are amazing and I wouldn’t want anyone else handling my skincare and aesthetics other than these 2 ladies! Kaycee listened to me babble on forever and gave me tons of helpful info for some other services I want in the near future. Love this place and everyone that has helped me so far! Dawn in the office is so sweet & helpful too. She gave me a visual of some of the info I didn’t quite understand until I saw it. She took her time, thoroughly explained and answered my 12,947 questions. Haha Love the Waldorph center!!
