I was greeted with a pleasant hello. The facility was clean with a calming ambiance. Erin the PA was truly friendly. I was warmly greeted by Dr. Waldorf. She seemed genuinely interested in the “why” behind my reason for treatment. She was thorough in her explanations and asked me several times if I had questions. I didn’t feel pressured or uneducated. Tia was very pleasant as she went over the costs associated with the procedure and the process of scheduling. I can’t wait to have my procedure done and get on with my life!
A very professional group that is patient focused and understands that the experience is potentially stressful. Everything from the initial contact to the follow up was handled with care and concern for my comfort and well being (a little something my GP’s group could learn from). RN Lesley was extremely helpful through the entire treatment and was available for any questions or concerns following. I would highly recommend this team for your needs. They are great at making you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire process, from consult to follow up care.
I saw Lesley for a consult regarding dark spots on my face. 2 years ago they were treated with peels and chrio treatment from a dermatology clinic and they became worse.
