I had a great experience for my laser hair removal consultation and first session! Karen was so knowledgeable and patient during my consult. She really took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel pressured or like I was being sold to, and I really appreciated how she helped me make an informed decision that felt right for me. During my first session, Anne was so welcoming and kind — during the treatment, she immediately noticed I was feeling a little tense and went out of her way to help me feel comfortable and relaxed. Her calming presence made a huge difference, and the session went smoothly. I’m really glad I chose to come here and am excited to continue my treatments!

My boyfriend bought me some laser sessions for Vday, and I called to schedule my consultation on 5/16, Karen helped me. She was beyond sweet on the phone and then we met in person and I felt so taken care of by her. She was a doll. Very professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable and no question went unanswered. I came in on 5/23 for my laser treatment with Jason. I was a bit apprehensive and scared because I’d never had laser. He was so kind, patient and sweet with me. He went over everything he was going to do, and during the procedure kept checking on me to make sure I am comfortable and not experiencing any pain. I’m looking forward to my next treatment and to see Karen and Jason.
