I am so happy to have discovered Dr. Alexis. I found her to be very knowledgeable, professional and more than pleasant to deal with. She took care of my problem with such care and compassion. I think I was not as professional as she, I was so happy with her I had to give her a big hug as I was leaving. If there were more than five stars she would have them!
Dr. McKeown is an amazing, knowledgeable professional and a compassionate and kind human being. I feel so fortunate to have found her practice when on a search for a foot doctor in my newly adopted home in West Seattle. As a therapist and having a 50+ year history of poorly alighted feet, also post-surgery x2 from 2023, I was looking for an expert in podiatry who was willing to listen to my needs and problem solve my foot issues with me. I read many reviews and wondered if Dr. McKeown could live up to her 5-star Google rating. After my appointment with her, I can soundly answer YES! Another 5-star review!
Dr. Alexis was a good listener, and my experience with her at her clinic was very good. She was knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing the issues I had with pain in my foot and offered good suggestions for solving the problem. I haven’t had to return to see a foot doctor in the last year since, so yes, I got the results I was looking for.
