I came maybe 2-3 times last year (2023) and the staff were professional and nice. I lost 20lbs the first month (also worked out twice a day) so I stop going than came back two more months after that to get back on track. I only stop coming because the NP recommended that I stopped due to my heart racing way too fast on the pills. I appreciated her concern and took her advice. I would recommend this to everyone who needs a jump start for weightloss. The pills will have you forgetting to eat but you must. You will just get full fast! My recommended my friend to get on the pill and she has lost soooo much weight and look great! Highly recommend location!!
