I’ve seen Kelsey multiple times now, and she’s consistently been wonderful to work with! I’ve had Moxi (which has become my favorite) and HydraFacials with her, and she’s always gentle, thorough, and professional. As it was my first time getting a laser facial, I was a bit nervous, but Kelsey took the time to explain everything and followed up with me afterward to make sure I was doing well, which I really appreciated.
