“I have been a customer of T-OFF since their opening in Fort Worth in their original facility (2012), and I remain a happy and loyal customer. As a military member, there were times in which I had to request short-notice visits or receive prompt non-emergency medical care. T-Off accommodated me, exemplifying the staff’s passion for their service and customers. Was everything always perfect? In this imperfect world, of course not, but I could always speak with staff, the office manager, or Alex, and any issues were quickly resolved. They value all feedback and strive for perfection. Their commitment to providing high-quality service and making me satisfied each visit is unwavering and impressive. It’s also nice that they are a Tricare-approved facility, which saves me money and time. Now, let’s speak of the exemplary staff. Mercedes is phenomenal! The moment she answers the phone to the courtesy calls she makes and greets you with her wonderful smile as you enter the facility sets the tone for a great experience. Mercedes knows the ins and outs of the operation and is an invaluable resource! Another “”All-Star”” is Genevieve. She comes from a military (US Air Force) family and fully understands what it means to serve. I thoroughly enjoy sharing our military experiences and seeing her wit in action. She will keep a smile on your face while performing her medical tasks exceptionally! Again, you’ll be greeted with a vibrant smile and positivity as you walk through the door or speak to her on the telephone. I would be remiss if I did not mention Bailey. Yet, another splendid staff member that I have had the pleasure of working with. Bailey has been there for me when I have had to request short-notice office visits, and she always made it possible for me to get to see my provider of choice on the day/time that worked best for me. She then followed it up with both a phone call and an email. Impressive! My primary provider has been Olivia. Despite our busy schedules, I appreciate her accommodating my requests and office visits. She is always prepared and, having worked with me for years is thoroughly familiar with my medical history. This is wonderful, and even when I only get to visit during my annual physical, having a provider who knows their patients well is quite reassuring. She even takes a few friendly jabs at me for being a Philly Eagles fan (deep in Dallas Cowboy country-lol), another sign of her great sense of humor and fun spirit. When Olivia isn’t available for me, Catherine, T-Off’s newest provider, has filled in and done so impressively. Her meticulous detail, review, and assessment task completion meet high standards and expectations. Then, couple this with her charismatic personality, making her transition easy and enjoyable both for us as patients and for her as the provider. Another outstanding staff member to interact with. Teamwork is vital to the success of any organization, military or civilian, and T-Off Your Health-Fort Worth epitomizes this goal. For each of the staff I specifically mentioned, there are many others who are also impressive, professional performers. I highly recommend T-Off Your Health-Fort Worth to all, including my fellow military members and Philly Eagles fans! Thank-You.
