The staff and the Physicians at Cityview are the kindest and most compassionate I have encountered. Dr. Amy Hussey is the most down to earth person and extremely approachable and knowledgeable. Frances Hodapp, PA, has been extremely responsive to questions and follow up. This practice is worth the drive from Dallas, they are all wonderful. Highly recommend!
The staff at the front desk and the medical assistant were exceptionally professional and gracious. Dr. Brown is a highly esteemed professional who is extremely pleasant to converse with. He was exceptionally attentive to my queries and concerns, and he created a treatment plan for me that I found extremely satisfactory.
I see Bob and I’ve seen him for a long time. I had a lot of questions because when I came in September, I had some issues with my blood work and I kept having UTIs, but I couldn’t come back until now because I had surgery. He had read my chart, studied it and knew everything to talk to me about. I had questions for him and he was very patient and thorough and answered every question without making me feel rushed. He’s extremely easy to talk to about anything and the office is very organized and works in a very timely manner.
