Beautiful facility, with kind and talented staff. Dr. Shahadi is so kind, professional, and takes time to listen. This physician is very reassuring and understanding. Nurse Nicole is a sweet and patient nurse, she and the entire staff meet you with kindness and no question was to small. The receptionist Allie goes out of her way to listen and be helpful. She took extra time to accommodate my schedule. Really, the entire staff go out of their way to make sure you are treated well. As far as a medical practice goes… this facility is very unique in their exceptional kindness and professionalism.
I absolutely love Kim. Her honesty is so appreciated and her knowledge is amazing. The front desk is always so friendly when I walk in. It’s like the place you go where everyone knows your name. It’s very personalized. The only thing is I wish there was some tissues in the exam room. But if that’s the only thing I have to complain about you guys are doing amazing. (Also, all I had to do was ask for a tissue)!! 10/10
