She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. We know how overwhelming and costly medical issues can be. That’s why we’re here to make it easier for anyone who needs immediate care for non-life threatening illnesses and injuries. I had such a nice experience here. It was so clean. My wait was very reasonable and not long, but that could also be because of the time I went. Even so, the staff seem very efficient. Kelsey (sp?) and Susan were amazing! Susan specifically tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. They are super transparent and patient. And they will answer any question you have.
When my cat decided to use my forearm as a launching pad, I had a deep cut, that developed into cellulitis! Next Level Urgent Care at the South Rim was my go to. I am grateful to Susan Ogden, PA for her kindness and excellent care. I also want to give a shout out to Alexa and Elyssia for their assistance in making my registration easy peasy and fun!
I have only had great experiences! Front staff was helpful when I arrived and my baby had a blowout. NP Steve & NP Rodriguez were great providers! I told NP Steve that he is one of the best medical practitioners I have had – he didn’t rush me out, listened to me concerns and was very attentive to myself and son when we were seen. Bonus points because he knew about my profession, occupational therapy! 🙌🏾
