Genuinely so blown away with my experience here. I try to avoid urgent care as much as possible because of wait times and it just feeling very depersonalized, but I was at the point where I needed to be seen quickly. I used their online booking which was super helpful and quick, and booked an appointment 25 minutes in advance. I completed registration and when I showed up, all I had to do was verify my insurance and complete payment. I was taken back five minutes before my appointment started, and my experience was so quick. I was in and out within 30 minutes, and despite it being so quick, the techs were so kind and the doctor – I believe it was Britney (not sure how it was spelled – was so sweet and personable. I felt very heard and understood. Thank you guys so much! I had a great experience.
Excellent med clinic, they were so speedy and caring (went on a Saturday morning). When you arrive you input your info in online which is convenient. It’s a relaxing and clean space as well. All the staff were patient and kind. Would highly recommend you trying this urgent care if you need it.
The Next Level Urgent Care in Olmos is the best urgent medical care facility I have ever been to. I sliced my hand open and Chris and Don fixed me up better than I have been taken care of in full hospital emergency rooms. They were also fast.
