They were all awesome. I am sorry I don’t remember the names. But provider, front desk and super sweet medical assistant staff on shift May 2nd 2025, never been so happy with an urgent care before. And the facility is also super clean and nice. My prescription was sent within seconds from me stepping out of the door. And coming from someone that used to work for an urgent care before, I know that is a difficult thing to happen. Good job for all the team.
Went here today for the first time today as my husband injured his leg. Excellent experience – everyone was super nice & caring. My husband was saying on our way home how nice the doctor was & that she was very caring. I would highly recommend Next Level Urgent Care & to become a Next Level Prime member!
My husband and I have been going to the Next Level for a number of years. We are always impressed with their staff. They are very polite, compassionate, respectful and listen to your concerns regarding your heath. Hitomi, one of the PAs, recognizes us each time we see her, and recalls the last time we saw her. She is very knowledgeable, professional and has a wonderful bedside manner!. She listens to you and makes decisions for your treatment based on what is best for you. Definitely deserves 5 Stars!
