I’ve received service several time at this location, very convenient. I’ve never had a bad experience. Today, I received excellent care once again, Claudia Z., MA was very pleasant and professional as she prepared me for the provider. I was very pleased with Timothy D., NP, his bedside manner is top notch, to the point where I let him know in real time. He was caring, compassionate and he listened to my concerns. Then he addressed them appropriately. Although I wasn’t feeling well, I’m glad I encountered these 2 individuals for my appointment. The front desk was courteous and professional as well. I highly recommend this location.
We always Come to Next Level urgent care in Meyerland for our urgent care needs. The tech and providers are always top-notch. The facility is very clean and runs efficiently to get you in and out as soon as possible. We highly recommend coming here whenever you need urgent care.
Update: Came here again a year later and the experience was just as swift and professional. 10/10! Original review: From the phone operator, to the front desk, to the intake staff, to the doctor – everyone was so kind and helpful. The medical staff especially emanated patient and lighthearted energy which is nice when you’re nervous. Can’t recommend this place enough.
