My experience at this location was overall good. The highlight was the attention and service that I received for Kellie King, PA. She was amazing! I would recommend her care to anyone. She did not rush the appointment, she was welcoming and thorough in her explanations to me regarding my health concerns. He took her time and she was very kind! The ladies at the front desk could use some slight work on their professionalism, but they were tolerable. I highly recommend Kellie King!
Thank you for the first class experience at Next Level Urgent Care – Kingwood! Came in due to having a sprained ankle and each person I came in contact with during my visit was extremely helpful & personable. Was able to get fitted with a high quality, reasonably priced walking boot which was a relief. Shout out to Shuki & Chris for their kind, knowledgeable care! Highly recommend!
Every time I come here I am treated top of the line. Every single staff member from reception, techs, nurses, doctors, nurse practitioners, & clinic managers are all wonderful! This time I had the absolute pleasure of being cared for by Ebony Bates & Dr. Kamisha Byrd who were absolutely 10/10!! They were both so patient, kind, thorough, and treated me like a total VIP. If you’re lucky enough to experience their top quality care you will be for the VIP service. Everybody here is so awesome it doesn’t matter what day or time you will ALWAYS get great care.
