I had an exceptional experience at this doctor’s office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. The office is clean, well-organized, and has a calming atmosphere. Dr. Peter Schanen is simply amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and truly caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything in detail, and made sure I understood my treatment options. It’s clear that they prioritize patient well-being. I left feeling confident and well cared for. Having labs done right there without needing another appointment somewhere else definitely makes things more convenient. It’s awesome that the lab tech was skilled enough to get it done in one shot too. That kind of service really makes a difference. Highly recommend!
I want to take the time to thank the whole staff at the San Antonio location for their genuine care. I had to go there today for a walk in appt and was blown away at how quickly they got me in to be seen. Not only was I in and out of the office in less than an hour, I was sent for a CT scan that was pre scheduled for me before I even walked out of the office and was seen upon arrival to the imagining location. AND the Dr was calling me back with the results and a plan on the next steps to my care, before I ever made it home. I can’t tell you how impressive that was. Cannot recommend Innovative Urgent Care and their staff enough! Dr. Schanen and Krizza are amazing! They have been an integral part of my weight loss and getting my health in check.
