When I tell you I have been in Houston for 13 years and have always had to sit in a emergency room with my kids for hours with sometimes being admitted, this urgent care was sooo fast and consistent, the front desk clerks ALL OF THEM worked together as a team to get us checked in. We got to the back it was very very fast the doc came in and assisted us and told us the problem straight like that! Did not have to pay for parking, we were treated right even me as a parent, yes yes yes! I will be coming back for sure, never going to a emergency room again do you hear me!! Doc Gilbert is so amazinggg and has a big personality, great sense of humor we love him already!!!
