Service was great from beginning to end. The lady who does the check out checked me in when she saw me signing my on the check in sheet. She remembered my name from previous visits. I only waited for about seven minutes to be placed in the exam room. Shayla escorted me to the room did the assessment. She was very pleasant. I only waited about another 7 seven minutes for the PA Kelly Mack to come in. She has been very very helpful from the first visit. She listens and always try something different to help with my skin condition. Ultimately I needed to complete two forms for additional medication. Shayla sat patiently with me and walked me through the entire process. I never felt rushed by either.
I love the care that I received!!! The staff was so nice and that meant so much to me. I had blisters all over my body and felt so ugly. Kelly and her assistants took care of me when I needed it most. I appreciated having everything explained to me in detail. If you have any problems with your this is the place to come. Staff is awesome from front desk to the back.
The ease of scheduling appointments and follow ups has been amazing. I have gotten results in a couple of months of being seen here, that has taken me years previously to no avail. I highly recommend Elite Dermatology & Plastic Surgery to anyone looking or considering.
