I appreciated the staff, consistent communication and the overall experience was great. Staff were personable, professional and courteous. They were considerate of my time while still addressing all my questions. Never felt rushed or anything pushed on me. After with being with a Telehealth provider for many years, it’s nice to have a local provider with a physical location. Additionally, the veteran, military, teacher or first responders discount is an added bonus. I will most certainly be keeping them as a provider and look forward to the upcoming expansion of provided services and men’s health support.
