I went here few yrs ago with a groupon both pills worked great for me lost 9lbs 1st month and had no issues using the groupon nor did I have to pay additional fees. Yes the wait is long at the office but that’s because only 1 doctor, the doctor is super nice and tells you what things help with your weight loss journey too! Definitely going back!
The wait times are worth the quality care I have received here. The staff is always pleasant and professional, theyāve helped me see and achieve my fitness goals. BUT ALSO: ** I rolled/sprained my ankle when I was walking in for a weigh in and Dr. Kohn looked at it as a courtesy. He gave me wonderful advice on how to take care of it, and even gave me a note for work. ** These people care ā£ļø
I love this doctor and all his staff! The āolder ladyā, (as another reviewer referred to her) at the front desk is on the front lines of answering phones (try and find that in most doctors offices nowadays, where they have no one manning phones, just an answering machine!!) listening to everyoneās complaints about wait time, seating, heat, blah, blah blahā¦ The list goes on. The office is fine. Itās an older office. Everyone knows that. So the doctor didnāt put a bunch of money into aesthetics yet. And you may have to wait a little longer because the doctor is a gem that actually spends time with his patients. I count myself as extremely lucky to have found him and have been seeing him for over 10 years. Try being polite to the people who are there to check you in and help you. It goes a long way. Their job is hard enough.
