Looked online for best walk in clinics that take my insurance. This one has great reviews….and they are right. The staff were all very nice, the office manager for all of the Metro clinics was very sweet. I saw 2 different doctors on 2 visits and both were very thorough and answered any questions. The office and exam rooms were clean also. Highly recommend for a walk in clinic
First time here and I fell in love with the amazing service, attention to detail and bedside manner. Plus the place is super clean. I love the care urgency on making sure I was taken care. Maricela amazing phlebotomist I didn’t feel a thing. Ms. Ayala the best side manner, courtesy and great care I received. You get the best customer service from the moment you step in. I definitely recommend you to bring all you family here. I usually don’t do reviews, but had to do one for this Urger care.
Wonderful staff! I appreciate the extra effort the nurse put forth to take care of me, as I am a difficult patient for IV attempts. Everyone displayed a friendly disposition that made it easy to feel relaxed. Very fast service. Thanks to everyone making my experience quite pleasant!
