Welcome to your modern neighborhood medical practice. What started as one single urgent care has grown to become a full medical group serving the Northside of Chicago. Innovative Care offers primary care, urgent care and therapy (behavioral health) services to our patients. Together, this covers 90% of most patient’s ongoing outpatient healthcare needs. Our team of providers came to Innovative from several area hospitals, including Northwestern, Illinois Masonic, Rush, University of Chicago, and Loyola. If you require care from a specialist, we will refer you to the best doctors in Chicago that can meet your medical needs and your scheduling timeline. All of our providers are affiliated with Illinois Masonic Medical Center, but we can send our patients to any hospital system in the city.

What an incredible place that welcomes their patients with open arms. Going to doctor’s offices can be very daunting no matter the reason, and everyone at this location was warm, welcoming, informed, and most importantly, empathetic and kind. I have had horrible experiences with doctors in this country. They often come across dismissive, rude, and barely give you the time of day. Alexis Davidman lead with empathy and showed genuine care for me as a patient. She made me feel at ease, answered all of my questions without hesitation, and provided a safe environment for me. Additionally, Maeve and Sabrina also assisted me and were just as great. Both were kind, informed, and had a great sense of humor. I oftentimes feel like people at doctors offices are on autopilot and are just checking boxes before moving to the next patient, but this experience felt personalized and warm. I actually look forward to returning here for my next check up.
Emma Raider is one of a kind and my only go-to for years now! I’m genuinely grateful to have a competent, professional, empathetic, compassionate, trustworthy provider. She not only takes time to listen and understand my concerns but also values me as an individual and respectfully considers how my personal preferences are best integrated/maintained within the care plan. The staff here is no exception, as I have had the pleasure of encountering nothing but kind and knowledgeable nurses, care providers, and receptionists when visiting this location. I had an excellent experience with Emma Raider. From the moment I arrived, I felt heard and understood. Emma took the time to carefully listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations about all my questions and concerns. Her knowledge of medications is impressive and she was thoughtful in suggesting a tailored approach that took my individual needs into account. I left the appointment feeling very optimistic and confident in the care I am receiving and truly appreciated the compassion and expertise Emma displayed. Highly recommend!
