Mariel is very honest with her work and with her recommendations. Mariel is amazing! I went to see her for a consult in May of 2024 as I was almost 41, struggling to lose weight dude to medication and I am the only person in my immediate family who does not have diabetes and use insulin. Due to the weight and medication, I was always tired and lacked energy to be able to go to the gym. I felt sluggish all the time and I knew I needed to turn my life and health around. She was very thorough in her explanation on how semiglutide would work and how to make the most of it. My starting weight was 179. It’s now January 2025, I’m down to 139 which was my goal, I feel better than I did in the last few years of my 30s, I have the energy needed to work out. Mariel said you can just do the injections alone and she’s right. I completely changed my eating habits, I’ve started working out again, and quit drinking. I can now look in the mirror without crying or feeling disgusted. I feel so good mentally and physically. This was the help I needed to get back on track and I couldn’t have done it without Mariel.
